What are my shipping options?
- We have standard shipping policy in corporation with courier service all over the country.
Can I change my shipping address?
- We have one shipping address per order. Once an order is placed you cannot change the shipping address.
When will my order ship?
- We will ship the order on the same day order is confirmed.
How do I track my order?
- If you want to track your order, kindly get in touch via our Facebook page or call us directly also we will update you about your shipment after dispatch your order from our delivery hub.

How many days will I get to exchange a product?
- Exchange is applicable within 7 days in case of stock availability. Product under sale/discount will not be exchanged. No exchange for accessories items as well.
Is there any return policy available?
- Return policy is applicable at the time of delivery. A customer can return the parcel by paying the delivery charge only. After receiving the parcel there are no return/refund applicable for change of mind.
Can I pick up my order from store?
- For online orders we will ship it to the mentioned address. Store pickup option available only for direct call orders.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?
- If you receive a faulty item, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours and we will solve it within next 7 days.

How I get refund any money?
- In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from Top More it shall be forwarded to Online credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same/higher price range.
